2. Products Our products are streetwear clothing items sold exclusively online. Product descriptions and photos are as accurate as possible. In the event of an error, S.O.R.Y clothing cannot be held liable.

3. Pricing All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. As a micro-entrepreneur under the VAT exemption scheme, no VAT is applied (Article 293 B CGI). Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders are billed at the price in effect at the time of purchase.

4. Order Process An order is confirmed once full payment has been received. You will receive an order confirmation by email. S.O.R.Y clothing reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability or payment issues.

5. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of ordering via the payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are secured.

6. Delivery Orders are shipped worldwide via our logistics partner. Delivery times and costs are indicated at checkout. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with French law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
